This executive team, along with the NURSES Etc staff, is dedicated to providing fast and accurate service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while ensuring the highest quality of service is given to every client.

Donald L. Mooney, President/CEO

A retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and an experienced manager and leader with over 30 years of documented success in management and planning in large and small diversified organizations and over 8 years in the staffing and government contracting environments. Mr. Mooney is responsible for pre and post contract analysis. He manages the implementation and continuous improvement of our Contract Office, MTF Requirements Assessment Process, Sub-Contracting Plan, and Quality Improvement Program.

Kevin Kline, COO

Mr. Kevin Kline has over 36 years of professional experience. Mr. Kline is a retired Air Force Officer with over 20 years of service. Mr. Kline‘s primary areas of experience and expertise are operations, training systems, information technology, logistics, and business development. Mr. Kline has directed and managed operations, had P & L responsibility, and pursued new business opportunities.

Anthony D. Parkman, Vice President of Government Services

Mr. Anthony Parkman has over 17 years of professional experience in government contracting, recruiting and procurement. Mr. Parkman is retired Army with over 26 years of service. His primary duties include overseeing the daily operations and management of all government contracts after successful bid and award to the company. Mr. Parkman leverages his vast knowledge of DOD & government protocol, particularly in health care, to ensure a seamless operational tempo. Mr. Parkman´s expertise in conflict resolution, management and organizational development lends itself well to this endeavor.
