Donald L. Mooney, President/CEO
A retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and an experienced manager and leader with over 30 years of documented success in management and planning in large and small diversified organizations and over 8 years in the staffing and government contracting environments. Mr. Mooney is responsible for pre and post contract analysis. He manages the implementation and continuous improvement of our Contract Office, MTF Requirements Assessment Process, Sub-Contracting Plan, and Quality Improvement Program.
Ericka D. Hancock, Vice President of Human Resources/Operations
Ericka D. Hancock is currently the Vice President of Human Resources. Ericka has over 16 years experience in benefits administration, recruiting, training and development, health and safety, compensation administration, and organizational development. Ericka is a graduate of Webster University and is currently working on obtaining a sequential Masters in Management and Leadership at Webster University.
Kevin Kline, Vice President of Government Services
Mr. Kevin Kline has over 35 years of professional experience. Mr. Kline is a retired Air Force Officer with over 20 years of service. Mr. Kline‘s primary areas of experience and expertise are operations, training systems, information technology, logistics, and business development. Mr. Kline has directed and managed operations, had P & L responsibility, and pursued new business opportunities.
Anthony D. Parkman, Senior Program Manager
Mr. Anthony Parkman has over 16 years of professional experience in government contracting, recruiting and procurement. Mr. Parkman is retired Army with over 26 years of service. His primary duties include overseeing the daily operations and management of all government contracts after successful bid and award to the company. Mr. Parkman leverages his vast knowledge of DOD & government protocol, particularly in health care, to ensure a seamless operational tempo. Mr. Parkman´s expertise in conflict resolution, management and organizational development lends itself well to this endeavor.
Charlotte Guilmenot, Program Manager
Ms. Guilmenot has over thirty (30) years experience in Procurement/Government Contracting. Ms. Guilmenot‘s experience was acquired through the University of Texas systems and the Air Force Services Agency. Ms. Guilmenot is knowledgeable in acquisition plan development, performance based statement of work, contract law, cost/price analysis, contract negotiations, technical evaluation and business development. She has implemented and administered contracts in Program Management, Telecommunications, and varied contracts in excess of four (4) million dollars
Daphne L. Wright, Commercial Services Manager
Ms. Wright brings a plethora of experience to her new position including, the coordination and management of multiple projects, interviewing and securing internal work-specific bids, tracking and managing all capital expenditures as well as the principal task of identification of new business. In the past, she has proven, measurable skill sets including managing multiple specialty teams, synchronizing meetings, schedules and calendars, as well as, event planning for marketing purposes. Daphne understands corporate business development and places a premium on building rapport and the necessity of follow-through for building successful blocks of business. She has a diverse background in business development, administration, human resource management and marketing. She is currently finishing her Bachelor‘s Degree in Organizational Development at the University of Incarnate Word and anticipates graduating in December 2011. Ms. Wright‘s extensive background in business, both commercial and federal, has positioned her to drive bottom line results for the NURSES Etc STAFFING organization.
